How does it all work?
Valuations
It's really simple. Follow these 3 steps for an online valuation:
- Enter your van's registration number into our website
- Provide us with a few details about your van such as, service history, MOT and mileage
- Record any additional features that your van has fitted, giving us an honest assessment of your van's condition. Click here to download our PDF condition assessment form.
We will take all of this into account and email you with our valuation along with instructions on how to make an appointment.
Unlike other valuation websites, we don't just offer you an electronic guide price; we take the information you provide us about your van into account before we send you a valuation. This process is completely free of charge and there is no obligation to sell your van to us.
We always carry out an on-site inspection of a vehicle before we offer to buy it. If we consider that its value is affected by any aspect of its history or condition, including any unusual feature or customisation, which was not apparent to us when we gave the online valuation, the price that we offer for it will differ from the online valuation. We guarantee we are willing to buy every van we value. So that we don’t waste your time, if there is a change in the market value of your van resulting in a reduced valuation, then we endeavour to let you know what the new valuation is at least 24 hours before your appointment, so that you have the opportunity to cancel, if you choose to do so. A transaction fee may be payable, if you decide to sell your van to us. Our standard payment terms utilise BACS payment which takes 4 working days after the day of sale to arrive at your bank account. For an additional fee of £24.75 we can provide you with the option of receiving payment via next working day payment.
Appointments
If you are happy with the online valuation you can follow the link from the valuation email to book an appointment, for us to inspect your van.
You will need to bring all documents, keys etc. for the vehicle. If your online appraisal matches our onsite appraisal, we'll check a few details and can arrange everything there and then, if you decide to sell your van. The process should take no longer than 30 minutes.
We will pay the money directly into your bank account by BACS transfer which should take 4 working days after the day of sale. We also offer an optional next working day payment service for an additional charge of £24.75.
We can even arrange the settlement of your finance, but you will need to provide us with a final settlement letter.
