How long should my appointment take?

The selling process usually takes just 30 minutes. You will accompany one of our trained vehicle purchasers to your van whilst they conduct an inspection of the vehicle. You will then be invited to join our vehicle purchaser as they conduct a short test drive in your van. Please note that a road tax licence (valid tax disc) must be in place in order for us to test drive your van. If we can’t test drive the van, it will affect the price we can offer. After the test drive, you return inside the office where the vehicle purchaser will offer you a price which may differ from your online valuation if we consider that its value is affected by any aspect of its history or condition, including any unusual features or customisation, which was not apparent to us when we gave the online valuation. If you are happy and wish to sell your van to us, they will complete all the necessary paper work for the sale.

We always carry out an on-site inspection of a vehicle before we offer to buy it. We guarantee we are willing to buy every van we value. So that we don’t waste your time, if there is a change in the market value of your van resulting in a reduced valuation, then we endeavour to let you know what the new valuation is at least 24 hours before your appointment, so that you have the opportunity to cancel, if you choose to do so. A transaction fee may be payable, if you decide to sell your van to us. Our standard payment terms utilise BACS payment which takes 4 working days after the day of sale to arrive at your bank account. For an additional fee of £24.75 we can provide you with the option of receiving payment via next working day payment.
