What if the V5 registration document is not in my name?

The V5 (log book) holds the details of the registered keeper of the vehicle. To prevent fraud, we will only purchase a vehicle from you if it is your name on the V5. If you wish to sell your van and there is a legitimate reason why you are not the registered keeper, please email your local branch using our branch locator with full details and we"ll do our best to help.
